CLUCK – The Charlottesville League of Urban Chicken Keepers
Guinevere Higgins is the founder of CLUCK, The Charlottesville League of Urban Chicken Keepers, and needed some images to promote her worthy cause. Obviously, I was happy to volunteer. I am not sure why, but I think chicken portraiture suits me.
Another first with this shoot was that my 2.5 year old son William was my assistant. He did a great job holding the lights, but thought the chickens were a little “too flappy.”

I am so happy to see that there are still people who cares for chicken. I build my own chicken coops and garden sheds at my backyard. Thanks.
